Starting December 13, 2024, a new EU regulation will reshape the world of e-commerce: the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). This regulation is designed to enhance product safety and traceability for consumers. It replaces the existing directives on general product safety and food-imitating products, ensuring that consumer goods sold both online and offline meet higher safety standards.
